We offer many free programs to the community.Family counseling, help to set goals for daily living, help one to gain belief in their self, work shops to gain new abilities, group meetings to gain motivation and fight fear, community togetherness events for entertainment and beautification projects. We also operate as a non-denominational church, Reaching to influence all churches to work together for community improvement.

We would like to invite you to come be a part of witnessing to the community in an all denominational Christian fellowship meeting, We meet every Sunday at Christian Outreach Center 1525 Poplar Street in Portsmouth Ohio starting at 2 PM.. We invite Different Pastors to introduce their Church, telling of their hopes, programs and etc. (10 minute limit to each preacher. We are all for one and one for all. We are seeking all Christians that want to give a public witness of what God has done for them .Let your Church be recognized and get the feeling that you are part of the sponsoring of Christians in unity to reach the lost unbelievers in our community.
